Class Description

Get ready to move, groove, and grow! This high-energy PE class is designed to help our youngest athletes discover the joy of being active while building the social skills they need to succeed. Through a mix of imaginative games and skill-building challenges, students will develop physical confidence in a supportive, "team-first" environment.

Course Highlights:

  • Marvelous Movement: Master the fundamentals of locomotion—running, jumping, balancing, and throwing.
  • The Power of Play: Build "Teamwork Muscles" by practicing sharing, communication, and cheering for friends during group challenges and tackling tasks as a team
  • Goal Getters: Learn how to set "Personal Bests." Whether it’s learning a new skill, improving a fitness test score, or working through a challenge in a positive way, we celebrate every milestone.
  • Body & Brain: Understand how movement helps our hearts stay strong and our minds stay focused.

Every session ends with a "Huddle Up" to reflect on how we helped our teammates and what goals we want to crush next time.
