Learn and apply math skills with a strong Alaskan-cultural focus. Guest experts (elders) and community leaders will bring culture and expertise to the classroom as well as field trips and many hands-on projects. Strong algebraic concepts will be explored. This class is only open to high school students (with preference given to 11th and 12th graders) and does not count towards the Alaska Performance Scholarship.
