Survival Skills

Do you have the skills to survive in Alaska? 

Join us on a field trip to the Campbell Creek Science Center and learn some important backcountry survival skills. Our skilled naturalist guide will teach us fire and shelter building and how to survive in the frigid Alaska winter.

  • Date: Tuesday, January 15th
  • Itinerary:
  • 9:20 am Check in at MSCS Wasilla Campus
  • 9:30 am board the school bus and depart for Campbell Creek Science Center
  • 10:30 am – 4:00 pm Survival Skills Program
  • 5:00 pm arrive back at MSCS Wasilla Campus
  • Parents and students have the option of meeting us there.

For grades 3rd and up
Cost: $24.00 This price will be automatically deducted from the student(s) allotment.
Parents are welcome to come. Adults are FREE
